James Graham, a tenured professor of International Law and Arbitration at the University of Nuevo León (UANL), is an 20 year experienced business lawyer and litigator. He graduated in Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and in Political Sciences as well. He also graduated from the Institut des Hautes Etudes de Paris. He obtained his Doctorate in Law from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (in International Law, Private International Law, Arbitration). He started his career in France, moving afterwards to Luxembourg. He was a lecturer at the University of Luxembourg and the University of Saarland (Germany). In 2001, he came for personal reasons to Mexico, where he was admitted to practice Law. Jacobo Garza graduated from the Universidad Regiomontana, with a Master Degree in Commercial Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL). He has a large experience in litigating commercial law, corporate matters, credit operations, insurance, bonds, guarantees and securities; leasing, trusts, acquisitions, mergers, amongst other. Carlos Treviño graduated in Law from University of Nuevo León (UANL), and in International Relations from the Tecnológico de Monterrey. He started 15 years ago his career in a Mexican Law firm. Since then, he mainly manages commercial and investment arbitration, besides litigation. He was the executive editor of the Latin American Mediation and Arbitration Journal. Kevin Staas, a partner with the Staas Law Group PLLC, graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.A. in 1995 and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law with a J.D. in 1998. In 2000, he was admitted to the Florida and U.S. District Courts. He has been a member of the Florida Bar. Kevin has served as a member of the Advisory Board and Keiser University, the Sarasota County Bar South County Division Steering Committee, and is a former director of the Venice-Englewood Bar Association.
With more than 15 years of experience, Michael Stefan counsels and litigates in Germany and in the European Union all matters related to Internet, e-commerce, and telecommunications. Michael obtained his degree with the University of Sarrland (Germany). He lectured Cyberlaw at the University’s Institute for Law and Informatics. He was editor of the Cyberbanking & Law Journal. He still lectures Media Law at the Baden-Wuerttemberg State University. Michael is the author of numerous papers related to the Internet and the Law.
Mr Kai is a 12 year old dog, who was left bonded in a Park to die due to his cancer. But Mr Kai is a fighter and still love to do what all dogs do: play all day around, and being the symbol of our core value: LOYALTY.
